Beaufort Law has a team of four people and prides itself on providing an unrivalled service to its clients using the vast experience and knowledge of Geraint James, its Principal.
After qualifying as a lawyer some 27 years ago, Geraint has worked his way up the ladder by working with Wiggin and Co in Cheltenham in the 80’s doing offshore trust and tax planning work, and later becoming a partner at Charles Lucas & Marshall in Newbury specialising in private client work.
After a stint with Lawrence Tucketts (now part of TLT Solicitors), he set up Geraint James & Co in Bath in 1993 and, after only five years, the Firm was approached by Longrigg Harris. He merged with them on 1st April 1998.
After becoming an Equity partner with Horsey Lightly Fynn from 2001-2005, he opened the specialist practice of Beaufort Law.
